How Revieww works
Finding a business
Search by name, category, or city. Each business has a stable public profile showing its rating, review count, and — once there's enough feedback — recurring themes drawn from published reviews.
Writing a review
Anyone can submit a review with a star rating and written feedback. New reviews start as pending and are checked against our guidelines before they count toward a business's public rating.
How ratings are calculated
Only published reviews are counted. The average and the 1–5 star distribution are calculated directly from those reviews — not estimated, not self-reported by the business.
How insights work
Once a business has enough published reviews, Revieww looks for recurring themes in the review text — separately for positive and critical feedback. Every theme links back to the reviews that mention it. With too little feedback, we say so instead of guessing.
Verification
A 'Verified' badge means the business's identity has been confirmed by our team. It does not mean every individual review has been independently verified — that is a separate, review-level check.
